I love La Mendola dresses - they are genius with their print and really capture the easy, jet set life style of the bohemian chic jet set girls of the 60s and 70s. They are often in silk and quite elaborate evening pieces so its refreshing to find this chic little day dress in a easy to wear, non wrinkle, washable jersey. It is definitely a piece a girl that travelled would have thrown into her bag and knew she could just add sandals and look fabulous! It is cut in a wide A-line so as long as the shoulders fit it is quite easy to wear for a variety of figures. The fabric is a brilliant combination of blue, green and hit pink. Its a decent weight jersey so holds its shape without being too think. I love the slight balloon sleeve too! The belt has a swirled thick brass color metal with a jade look huge bead to finish each end - the perfect luxe touch! Excellent condition!
